What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring your photo ID, insurance card, intake paperwork, referral if in hand, proper attire for access to the area that needs to be examined.
Will it hurt?
The initial exam can be uncomfortable at times as data is gathered for diagnosis your issue, due to positions you may be put into, though great measures will take to minimize discomfort.
Does insurance cover my treatment?
All insurances are different and may cover a percentage of the treatment or 100%. We suggest you contact your insurance carrier to confirm out of pocket costs. We will also help verify coverage prior to your first appt.
What type of payment do you accept?
Payments: We accept credit card, debit card, cash, check and bitcoin.
How long will my therapy sessions last?
Therapy sessions are up to 40min long.
How many sessions will I have?
Sessions will vary depending upon your condition and its sequelae. Other limitations could be insurance visit limitations.
What types of education/training do your therapists have?
Therapists are licensed professionals and can have up to a doctorate.
Do you offer programs for me once I’m better?
Once you are better you are welcome to return for periodic modifications of your home exercise plan.
